• I understand that fitness classes (and kids playing during them) carry some risk, and I accept full responsibility fo
• I release PowHer and its coaches/staff from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur.
• I know PowHer does not provide childcare — my child(ren) remain my responsibility at all times.
• I give permission for photos/videos of myself and my child(ren) to be used on PowHer’s social media and market
• In case of emergency, I allow PowHer staff to seek medical help if needed.
